How long is the procedure?

The whole procedure should be around 3 hours, as it is a 3 step process. The first part of the procedure is the consultation.. We work together to figure out the right shape for your eyes and face, the right color, as well as what you're looking for. We will keep figuring this out until you are completely satisfied the shape. Then we will numb you, so that you will feel minimum discomfort during procedure (most don't feel anything at all). Lastly, the procedure itself will vary from different skin types, 1-1.5 hours.

Does it hurt?

For most people and from our experience, no. However, pain tolerance depends on the person, and we do our very best to numb the area beforehand. We do 2 topical numbing sessions, and use both a numbing cream and gel.

How long will they last?

This question is tricky because it varies person to person. Each individuals' skin is different along with their life-style, health, and daily activities. We cannot predict how long it will last exactly but give a rough estimate from 1-5 years. It is highly recommended to get a retouch annually to maintain the colors integrity.

When will they heal? Am I able to go to work the next day?

Your brows should heal in about a week! After they heal, the color can fade up to 60% and should be 20-30% thinner.

Yes, most clients are able to go to work the next day without any discomfort.

Am I able to workout after the procedure?

No, you should wait until after your eyebrows have healed to ensure the pigmentation does not get affected. In addition, waiting a week after ensures less risk of infection and complications.

What if I don't like the shape?

We will not proceed with the procedure until you are completely satisfied with the shape! We promise!

Am I able to wear make-up after it is healed?

No, you should wait until after your eyebrows have healed to ensure less risk of infection and complications.

Do I have to come back for a retouch?

No, this decision is up to you. It is highly recommended to retouch any spots that didn't retain pigments.

If I had my eyebrows done by another artist, is it still considered a retouch?

If this is your first visit with CC Cosmetics, it will be considered a new procedure. It is considered a touch up / retouch of brows if youre initial or previous service was with one of our artists. Otherwise, the pricing will reflect new brows as you are a new client to our salon. Other things we will consider are possible shape correction, color correction, and other factors that may also reflect in your final pricing.
